Please read all instructions carefully before filling the application form

1. Please fill all the compulsory fields marked with * sign
2. In case of log out or any technical problem before you select the “CONFIRM PASSWORD” tab, please fill the entire admission form again from the beginning along with uploading of photos with (5kb -20kb) .jpeg format.
3. After Confirmation of password click on REGISTER tab, you can view your filled data in details.
4. You can edit details before confirming the form. The form once confirmed cannot be edited.
5. After registration of your form you will receive an SMS of your Form no and Password on your registered mobile no.
6. Click on PRINT to print the hard copy of the admission form.
7. To reprint the previously confirmed form, click on EXISTING APPLICATION option from the Admission tab and enter your form no i.e Form no and password specified earlier and click on Print.

Please Note

1. 1) The online admission form for the upcoming academic year will be available from 6th May 2024 to 7th May 2024.
2. 2) This form is applicable for the vacant seats in our institution.
3. 3) Your wards admission will be confirmed through SMS/WhatsApp on 18th May 2024 after 12 noon. Please make sure that your phone is not on the Block mode.

4. Conduct Certificate (Obtain the conduct certificate from the child’s previous school.)
